Job Overview:As a Senior Unity Game Developer specializing in Web3 gaming at PrimeSkill Studio, you will be an integral part of our development team of engineers. Reporting to the CTO, you'll collaborate closely across all aspects of the company, focusing primarily on the development of innovative and engaging Web3 games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of groundbreaking game features using Unreal Engine 5, with a special emphasis on Web3 gaming.
• Work embedded within a team of skilled engineers, contributing to all stages of game development from conception to deployment.
• Integrate blockchain technologies such as NFTs and digital currencies to create immersive gaming experiences.
• Ensure game performance is optimized for different platforms, with a focus on the unique demands of Web3 gaming.
• Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and staying updated on the latest trends in Web3 gaming.
• Uphold high coding standards through regular code reviews and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field, with a strong focus on blockchain technologies.
• Over 5 years of game development experience, including extensive work with Unreal Engine 5 and familiarity with Web3 gaming concepts.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including experience with smart contract development.
• Proficiency in C++ and a demonstrated ability to work well within an engineering team.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex game development projects.
• Understands and can produce Rust code for smart contract integration.
